Residential Treatment Centers
The Residential Treatment Center level of care is the most structured level of care at Epworth Village. The treatment hours are comprised of individual, family, and group therapies, life-skills classes, and social-skills classes. Youth receive a minimum of 42 hours of therapeutic treatment per week at this level of care. The average length of time a youth is at this level of care is 5 months.
Blatchford Residential Treatment Center
Blatchford Residential Treatment Center has 12 beds for clients. The facility also has a full service kitchen, laundry facilities and a small gym. Blatchford clients are made up of the younger segment of the population served by the agency. Residents are normally in the age range of eight to 13 years. Youth at this level of care attend the Epworth Village Learning Center, do a range of chores and have therapeutic treatment a minimum of 42 hours per week. They also have Life Skills Classes as a part of their after-school curriculum. In addition, they do limited recreational outings if their behaviors warrant these types of activities.
Stevens Residential Treatment Center
Stevens Residential Treatment Center has 12 beds for clients. The center also has a full service kitchen and laundry facility. Stevens clients are made up of the older segment of the population served by the agency. Residents are normally in the age range of 14 to 18 years. Youth at this level of care attend the Epworth Village Learning Center, do a range of chores and have therapeutic treatment a minimum of 42 hours per week. They also have Life Skills Classes as part of their after-school curriculum. They also have limited recreational outings if their behaviors warrant these types of activities.
