Education
The Epworth Village Learning Center is the school portion of our program. We provide Level III Special Education and regular education to clients following the guidelines of the Nebraska Department of Education, Rule 18. Course work is coordinated with a client's home school to facilitate a smooth transition into and following treatment. Class work is individualized and teaching is provided in small group settings. Classes in all academic subject areas are available and a hands on approach is utilized whenever possible.
Epworth Village Learning Center
Youth placed at this level of care present their primary difficulty in an educational setting. This service is open to youth that reside within commuting distance of York, NE. Youth must be of school age in grades 1-12 and may be either male or female.
The Enrichment Center
Epworth Village, Inc. works cooperatively with York Public Schools to provide the community of York, Nebraska with an alternative school for those high school youth who do not fit within a traditional school format to provide an opportunity for them to complete their high school diploma.
